Toby Beresford is a web applications and social media expert.

 

Based in the heart of London’s Soho, he has built and delivered  world class platform applications for web 2 startups and major brands.

 

He is a director of a number of companies and charities in this space:

 

• Nudge - London's #1 Social Media Agency producing applications and pages for Facebook, Myspace and Bebo.
• I'm In Apps - a web applications company managing Facebook apps for group buying
• MicroAid - an Indonesian web design company (social enterprise)
• Newsletto - an online newsletter tool designed in Indonesia (social enterprise)
• MicroAid Projects - a charity to allow direct giving to micro-projects in developing countries with detailed reporting for every project.

 

Toby is a regular commentator on social media for Sky News and has also appeared as a expert panelist on Westside Radio, MediaTel's Media Playground, London Business School Technology club, and Microsoft Research Cambridge Conference on Social Networks.

 

Toby also founded the Facebook developer garage for London.
